Busy Sunday

This morning after church, we went to Bob Evan's for breakfast. Dad and Adam dressed alike again. It's a good thing that they have enough similar shirts. When Adam has one that Dad really likes but doesn't have a match, he gets upset.

After breakfast, we went to Mineral Beach. Elena came with us. Adam loves floating around in his duck tub. Elena was providing the motor. Aunt Kim, Jacob, and Brianna met us there as well.

Mom and Adam were waiting for Dad and Elena to finish going off of the diving board. Adam kept himself busy playing with his bath tub toys.

Then, we went to visit Great Grandma. Adam had a lot of fun pushing around Great Grandma's walker. He is starting to get the feel for this walking thing.

Marco's Graduation Dinner

Tonight was Marco's Graduation Dinner. Is is hard to tell from the picture, but Adam and Dad have on almost the same shirt. It is a good thing that these two can coordinate their outfits! Congratulations to Marco and Good Luck in College!

Dress Fitting

Mom had to go try on her dress for Aunt Shana's wedding. Maria, Elena, Aunt Rosie, Heather, and Ryan went, too. Maria and Elena did a great job keeping Adam and Ryan busy while Mom and Heather tried on their dresses.

Bettis Picnic

After work, we went to Dad's picnic. Alison kept Adam busy blowing bubbles. Then, Adam played with four plastic fish. It kept him busy for a while. Adam ended up coming home with not only the four fish but also a little golf set. What a night!

Pups in the Park

Tonight was all about Chloe. We took her to her yearly Pittsburgh Pirates game. It is the third year that she has been to Pups in the Park. Adam got to experience his first (no inside Mom's belly).

We asked another fan to take a picture of the whole family.

In honor of the evening, Adam made the Puppy Dog Face a lot.

Then, he started to feed Chloe his pretzel. Chloe was loving that!

Both kids seemed to enjoy their evening. We had to leave a little earlier than normal so that Adam could get to bed. Chloe was okay with that.

First Fourth of July

Today was Adam's first Fourth of July. Dad went golfing in the morning while Mom and Adam hung out at home with Chloe. When Dad was done, we went to Aunt Rosie and Uncle Lonnie's house for a cookout. Adam met his cousins Maria, Marco, and Elena for the first time. They just came home from Sicily.

When it was time to eat, Adam had a hot dog. Tux was there to make sure that he didn't drop anything on the floor. Adam not only ate the hot dog, but he also sampled potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans and fruit salad with dip.

Then, it was time for dessert. Grandma held Adam while Mom fed him a gob. Adam really likes dessert!

Swimming at Brian and Kristen's House

While Dad went golfing with Brian, Uncle Mark, and Joe, Mom and Adam made their way over the Brian and Kristen's house to swim. Dad and Brian met us there to swim when they were done golfing.
Brian and Kristen even had a special little raft for Adam to use.

After swimming, Adam took a break and sat with Mom and Kristen. Then, it was time for an afternoon nap in the stroller while the adults had lunch.

Chinese Food

Tonight, we went to a Chinese restaurant. Dad thought that he was going to have left over Mango Chicken for lunch tomorrow. Boy, we he wrong. Once Adam had a taste, he ate most of the portion that Dad was going to save!

To Home Depot with Uncle Mark and Aunt Shana

Uncle Mark and Aunt Shana watched Adam today. He made a trip to Home Depot to help them get a few items for their house. It looks like Adam is ready to help them paint.

Puppy Dog Face

Adam is starting to make what we call the "Puppy Dog Face". He makes this face when he sees Chloe or we talk about her. He will also make it if Dad encourages him by making the face himself.

Walk with Ryan

After Mom got home from work, we took a walk around the neighborhood with Heather and Ryan. The boys both rode in Adam's red wagon. They look so cute with their matching hats!

Happy Father's Day

It is Dad's First Father's Day. After we went to church and gave Dad his gifts, we went to Aunt Kim and Uncle Joe's house. Adam really liked playing with Jacob and Brianna's toys. Dad got in on the action as well.

Then, Grandpap Wilson was a bad influence on Adam. He let him take a sip of his Diet Pepsi and also let him lick the shot glass from his shot of whiskey. Adam was really liking that!

Then, we stopped by Aunt Rosemary and Uncle Lonnie's house. Adam made his rounds taking pictures starting with Grandpap D.
He also had his picture taken with Uncle Mark, Uncle Lonnie, and Ryan. That is one proud uncle and two proud grandpaps!

Dad sported Adam's hat for one last picture. It looks like the two of them enjoyed their first Father's Day together!

Last Swimming Lesson

Today was Adam's last swimming lesson for this session. We are going to take the summer off and spend some time with friends in their pools. Adam can keep practicing and be ready for the fall. We had to make sure that we took one more action shot for the session.

First Piano Lesson

Maybe he will have a longer attention span than Mom. Grandma can also hope so.

Swimming Lessons with Dan and Emily

Today, Dan and Emily went to swimming with Adam. He is really getting good! Mom was able to get a great picture of Adam and Dad. Only one more week of swimming lessons to go for this session.

Heading Home

It was time for us to leave Chicago. Adam enjoyed meeting all of his new friends. Hopefully, some of them will be able to come to Pittsburgh for a visit this fall!

When we got home, Dad got down Mom's rocking horse from the attic. Adam is still a little small, but he liked the rocking horse. Uncle Rusty made this for Mom when she was little. Hopefully, Adam will have as much fun with it as Mom did growing up.

Dad also brought down Adam's wagon and put it together. Dad took Adam for a test drive around the living room. Adam loved it, but Chloe was not a fan. Adam thought that Chloe was pretty funny. This will be great for our evening walks.

Chicago - Day 4

Today, we went to the Farmer's for a cookout. When we got there, they had the pool filled up and ready for the kids. Danny was showing Adam the pool. Adam wasn't waiting for anyone else...
...he crawled right in! He thought it was great!

Here are a few other shots of the kids playing in the pool.

Adam took a break to change out of his clothes and into his bathing suit. While he was out of the water, he played with Emma. She has the same exersaucer that Adam had. His is now in the attic, so he liked getting to play for a while with hers.

Then, it was back to the pool! At least this time, he had his bathing suit on.

All of that swimming really took it out of Adam. He had to take a break for a nap. Once again, he can sleep anywhere!

Then, Jason emptied the pool and put in the balls. The kids thought that this was great. We were able to get a picture of Adam with everyone - Danny, Emma, and Mathias.

Now, a group shot was another story. At least Emma and Adam looked up for this one.
