Visit from Jim and Sharon

Today, Jim and Sharon came to visit Adam. They kept mom company while Adam ate his lunch.

Adam's Baptism

Today was Adam's Baptism. Aunt Shana and Uncle Mark were there to stand as Adam's Godparents. Mom and dad's good friend, Father Nick, performed the ceremony. Many family members came to share in this special day with us.

Dan and Emily's Meet and Greet

Today was Dan and Emily's "Meet and Greet".

As soon as mom took Adam out of his car seat, Emily was waiting with open arms to hold him. He looks pretty happy with her.

When Emily was done, Alicia took her turn holding Adam. Once again, he seems like a content little boy.

The Dad Sack

We tried out the Dad Sack for the first time today. We took a walk through the neighborhood. Adam slept the entire time. He likes being held close, so this was right up his alley. Mom might need to wear this around the house when she wants to get something done and he is being fussy.

First Smile on Camera

Adam smiles a lot. This is the closest that mom got to a smile on camera so far.

Lunch with Marilyn

Adam met Great Grandma D's friend, Marilyn, for lunch today. Marilyn was so excited to meet Adam. She didn't want to give him up.

Taking a Walk

It was a little chilly tonight, so mom and dad changed Adam out of his onesie and into a sleeper. It looks like he is ready for winter!

Lunch with the Girls

Grandma D and Aunt Shana were both off from work today, so we went to lunch at the Olive Garden. Afterwards, we even took a trip to the mall and did our grocery shopping.

Adam's First Real Bath

Last night, Adam's belly button scab fell off, so we were able to give him his first real bath. He liked being in the bath tub, but wasn't too happy about getting out and dried off.

Pictures with Chloe

We were able to get both Adam and Chloe to cooperate to take a few pictures of them together. We caught Chloe when she was in one of her lazy modes.

As you can see, her lazy mode lasted long enough for us to all take a nap together.

Dad's Softball Tournament

Today, Adam went to Dad's softball tournament. He slept through most of the games, but at least he was good for mom.

Visit to Grandma and Grandpap D's House

When we got there, Grandpap fed Adam his dinner.

But as soon as Grandma got home, she snatched him up.

After taking a piggy back ride on Uncle Mark...

...Adam met Dina for the first time.

When we got home that night, not only was Adam tired, but Chloe couldn't wait to curl up and go to sleep. While we were putting Adam to bed, she found Adam's pillow to be very comfortable.

Meeting Erin

Today, dad's friend, Erin, came to visit during lunch. As you can see, it was time for Adam to eat, so instead of eating his hands, Erin fed him his bottle.

Stud Muffin

Mom couldn't pass up taking a picture of Adam in his Stud Muffin onesie.

Grandma D's Birthday Dinner

Tonight, we took Grandma D to dinner for her birthday. After Aunt Shana fed Adam, Grandma snatched him up.

After dinner, we changed Adam's diaper in the back of Uncle Mark's car. Adam made sure that we properly disposed of the dirty diaper.

Visiting Grandma and Grandpap W

This afternoon, we stopped over to see Grandma and Grandpap W. Dad had to help Grandpap, so mom and Adam spent some time with Grandma.

Visit from Grandma W and First Steelers Game

This morning, Grandma W stopped by for a visit with Adam.

Later that night, Adam watched his first Steelers game at Aunt Kim and Uncle Joe's. Before the regular season starts, Adam will need some Steelers gear.

Playtime

Adam had more playtime on his mat today. It is always tough to keep Chloe off of the mat.

After playtime, both Adam and Chloe rested with dad.

First Trip to Giant Eagle

Today, Adam took his first trip to the Giant Eagle where Grandma and Grandpap D work. Everyone was so excited to meet him. Sleeping the entire time that we were out must not have been enough. When he came home, Adam took a nap on Grandma and then dad.

Today was Grandma D's birthday, so Adam wore this onesie just for her.

We had to take Grandma to pick up Grandpap's car from the shop, so Adam and Chloe got in there car seats and went for a ride.

More Visitors

Today, one of mom's friends from work, Karen, stopped by to meet Adam.

Then our neighbor, Teresa, brought over dinner for mom and dad. While she was here, it was time for Adam to eat, so Teresa gave him his bottle.

We knew that Adam was ready to eat when he tried to eat dad's nose.

Visit from Aunt Shana and "The Heisman Pose"

Dad had to go back to work today, so Aunt Shana came and spent the day with Adam and mom. Adam decided to take a nap on Aunt Shana.

When dad came home, he had some fun with Adam. Dad really loves the Heisman pose!

Visitors from West Virginia

Aunt Patty, Sarah and Jennifer came up from Morgantown to meet Adam. Aunt Patty is Grandma D's friend from college, so mom grew up with Sarah and Jennifer. Now, Adam will get to hang out with Madilyn, Gavin and Carter.

Meeting Some of Mom and Dad's Friends

Amy and Megan stopped by the house to meet Adam. They were lucky enough to come right around the time that Adam was ready to eat. Amy gave mom and dad a break.

Then, it was off to Sarah's wedding reception. There, Adam met Crystal, Rich, Brianna, and Alison. Brianna was so excited to meet Adam!

1st Wedding

Today, Adam went to his first wedding ceremony. Mom's friend, Sarah, was getting married. Adam was all dressed up for the occasion. He slept through the entire mass, and didn't wake up until the ride home.
